The rental fee is $659.00 provided the set is returned to us within two weeks and arrives to us undamaged. Assuming the set is returned on time and in the same condition it arrived to you, you will receive a $499.00 refund once received by us and inspected. Shipping costs in both directions are included.

• Please note the date of your event in the order. We will arrange for delivery two days prior to event.
• When the event is completed, you are responsible to box up the set in the same boxes and condition as it arrived. You are responsible for taking the chess set to the nearest FedEx Office location for shipping.
• You may not adapt the chess set in any way. You can not add sand or water to the bases.
• The two-week rental is the total time the set is out of our warehouse. Allow up to six days of total shipping time (three in each direction). When planning the duration of your rental, please include the actual number of shipping days in your two-week rental period.
